Refund & Returns Policy – /moveluis
At moveluis, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help with returns and refunds under the following conditions.
1. Return Eligibility
- Items must be returned within 7 days from the date of receipt.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
- Items that are damaged, used, or without original tags/packaging are not eligible for return.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Sale and clearance items
- Gift cards or promotional vouchers
- Underwear or intimate items (for hygiene reasons)
- Customized or personalized products
3. Return Process
- Email us at support@moveluis.vn with your order number, the item(s) you want to return, and the reason for return.
- Wait for confirmation and return instructions from our team.
- Ship the item(s) to the address provided using a trackable shipping service. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
4. Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
5. Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process and place a new order once the return is approved.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company or bank. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at support@moveluis.vn.
