Returns

  • Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in new, unused, and unopened condition, with all original packaging and tags attached.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are non-returnable, including customized products, gift cards, and sale or clearance items (unless defective).
  • Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@moveluis.com or call (606) 663-0694. We will provide instructions on how to return the item.

Refunds

  • Refunds for Returns: Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
  • Partial Refunds: If the returned item is opened, used, or damaged, we may issue a partial refund, depending on the condition of the product.

Exchanges

  • Exchange Process: If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please contact us to arrange an exchange. If your item is eligible, we will send you the replacement once we receive the original product.
  • Exchange Eligibility: Exchanges are only accepted for items that are in new, unused, and unopened condition.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • Reporting Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue, either by providing a replacement or issuing a full refund.
  • Return Shipping for Defective Items: For damaged or defective items, we will cover the return shipping costs. Please contact us before returning any item for further instructions.

Shipping Fees

  • Return Shipping Costs: Unless your item is defective or damaged, you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $75, as we cannot guarantee we will receive your returned item.
  • Original Shipping Fees: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.
